This ultra-lightweight formula is cooling and toning and perfectly suited to those with normal, combination and oily skin types. A unique blend of moisture boosting ingredients joins forces with citrus botanicals to balance and noursih the skin. Mandarin rind, lemon rind and tangerine rind leave the skin with a light, nutured finish.
Mandarin Facial Hydrating Cream should be applied after lighter serums and before facial oils.
