Mousses work best when it comes to adding a supportive structure to the hair but applying mousse directly into the roots can be tough. Well not anymore! REF. have created Root To Top with a thinner consistency to that of regular mousses and packaged it into a aresol can with a small nozzle. This means that you can separate the hair and apply Root To Top exactly where you need it.
