Medik8 Press & Clear should be applied once daily until the skin builds tolerance. For best results, use at PM time and gradually build-up to twice daily use AM and PM. Always apply a SPF during daylight hours when you have direct acids in your skincare regime.

This is a no-nonsense lotion/serum style product which has the perfect amount of menthol/green tea content to get your face on each morning. Follow it up with a cooling moisturiser and it works for me. I am 62 but look 32 now! But that may be influenced by my retirement too.
